All members receive 2% in Loyalty Points on all orders but Silver and Gold Members also receive an additional 5% and 8% discount on ALL products respectively. No voucher codes needed - simply login and see the reduced pricing! This means the total discounts given are 2%, 7% and 10%!

Monthly Lotteries
We run two monthly lotteries and these are the Product Review Lottery, of which all members automatically qualify, and the Silver and Gold Lottery which is for the respective membership types.
How do I become a Bronze Member?
ALL accounts have Bronze Membership until the criteria is met for either the Silver or Gold Memberships.
How do I become a Silver and Gold Member?
If you spend over £150 or £250 during one calendar month then your account will be upgraded to a Silver or Gold Membership respectively for the following calendar month.
For how long will I be a Bronze, Silver or Gold Member?
The total monthly spend for each account is reviewed on the first working day of each month and adjusted accordingly. Therefore the minimum duration that you'll be receiving the enhanced discount is for one month.
How do I know which type of membership I have?
Click on 'My Account' at the top of the page while logged in and you'll be taken to your My Details member page. On the right-hand side of this page it will state your current type of membership, your total spend for this month and also your total spend for the previous month.
