Directions for Use: Consume two to three times per day. Drink immediately after intense exercise. Take in addition to your meals as part of your regular diet. Take 350ml of chilled water. Add 3 scoops of powder (to the water). Cover and shake vigorously for 5 - 10 seconds or until smooth.
