Directions for Use
Take 400ml of chilled water. Add 2 scoops of powder (to the water). Cover and shake vigorously for 5 - 10 seconds or until smooth Consume two to three times per day. Drink immediately after intense exercise. Take in addition to your meals as part of your regular diet.
