Ingredients: Maltodextrin, creatine monohydrate (Phosphagen™), L-glutamine, dextrose, HMB (calcium-betahydroxy-methylbutyrate), taurine, citric acid, sweeteners (aspartame*, acesulfame K), sodium ascorbate, dl-tocopheryl-acetate, niacinamide, biotin, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, cyanocobalamin, ascorbic acid, flavourings, colours, (E110, beta-carotene). *Contains a source of phenylalanine. Recommended usage: Add 2 scoops or 1 teaspoon (10g) to 100ml of water or juice, and stir/mix until dissolved. Or add a serving of Betagen to your favourite protein drink or nutrition shake.
