Recommended Usage: Mix 166g (6 scoops or 15 tablespoons) with 450-550ml (depending on the thickness of the shake desired) of cold water, juice, skimmed milk or blend with your favourite nutrition shake. Consume immediately following workout or as part of your daily nutrition regimen.
