I’ve forgotten my password?
That is no problem at all – while you are on the Login/Register page you simply need to click on the Forgotten Password? link. Enter your email address and we’ll send you a new password straight away.
How many Loyalty Points do I have?
Click on My Account once you have logged in using the Login/Register link at the top of the page. Choose Order History from the menu on the left hand side and your Points available today, Total points awarded and Total points redeemed will be displayed.
How do I use my Loyalty Points?
On the Payment section which you are taken to while proceeding through the checkout, you will be informed of how many loyalty points you have and asked how many you would like to redeem. There is no limit on how many you can use at any one time so whether you want to reduce the cost of every order, or save them up and get something completely free then that is fine.
How can I see my order history?
Click on My Account once you have logged in using the Login/Register link at the top of the page. Choose Order History from the menu on the left hand side and you’ll see all of the information for your previous orders listed.
How do I register for an account with Muscle Finesse?
Registering for an account with Muscle Finesse is extremely quick and easy. Click on Login/Register at the top of the page and follow the onscreen instructions – you’ll be done in no time at all!

When will I receive my order?
All courier orders to the UK Mainland are sent on a Free Next Working Day delivery service and all Royal Mail parcels are sent on a First Class Recorded service with an estimated delivery time on 1-3 business days. For further information please view our

My order has arrived damage in transit so how can we resolve this?
We thoroughly check all items before they are dispatched but unfortunately, although very rare, damage may be caused while in transit. In the case of this happening please report it to us immediately and we’ll try our utmost to have a replacement to you within 24-48 hours. Arrangements will also be made for the item to be returned to us so that a claim can be made against the courier company responsible.
I have received my order but I've changed my mind?
This happens to the best of us. Please notify us your intentions of sending the item back within 7 working days and we’ll be able to refund you. Please note we are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened.
How much do you charge for delivery?

How can I read/write a product review?
You’ll notice several tabs on each of the Product Description pages and these consist of Description, Nutritional Information, Directions for use and Reviews. By clicking on the Reviews tab you will be able to read and share opinions on the products with all the other members.
