Recommended Usage: For muscle size and strength: Take 5g daily mixed with your energy, protein or weight gain drink (Viper, Recover, Progain, Ribomax, Max-Meal) 5 times a day for the first 4-5 days. Thereafter take 5g morning and evening mixed as above.
For endurance, stamina and energy: Mix as above, but only take a single 5g serving daily.
