OLIMP Super Whey Gainer 4000 is a complex composition of appropriately selected mono-, oligo- and polysaccharides with variable glycaemic indexes, of whey protein concentrate (WPC), isolate (WPI) and hydrolysate (WPH), and of MCT oil, supplemented with anti-catabolic substances (glutamine and taurine), metabolic activators (choline and inositol from lecithin) and vitamins and minerals, perfectly supplementing all nutrients important for the rapid development of muscle mass and strength, and general fitness. For the efficient progress of processes of protein assimilation and anabolism, the body needs high amounts of energy from carbohydrates.
The diet composed of high daily protein rations and of carbohydrates leads to the rapid development of muscle mass and strength. Products composed of proteins and carbohydrates facilitate the balancing of a sports diet oriented on the development of muscle mass and strength or general fitness. Whey proteins and their hydrolysates are used in the composition of OLIMP Super Whey Gainer 4000. Whey proteins and hydrolysates are characterised by the highest nutritional value and anabolic activity of all dietary proteins. Owing to their high nutritional value and anabolic activity, whey proteins and hydrolysates are considered the most valuable source of dietary protein and free amino acids for high-performance athletes and physically active people. They owe their high nutritional value to the highest possible assimilability and optimal proportions of exo- and endogenous amino acids with and an exceptionally high share of branched chain amino acids (BCAA) and glutamine. The high anabolic activity, apart from the high nutritional value, results from metabolic parameters of whole whey proteins as well as peptides and micropeptides formed by their hydrolysis, which act similarly as anabolic peptide growth factors.
The addition of glutamine and taurine (organic nitrogen deposits) substantially increases the nitrogen balance index of the composition of whey isolate, concentrate and hydrolysate, which extraordinarily potentiates the anti-catabolic and anabolic activity of the product.

Recommended Use
Usually 1 – 3 portions daily are used (between meals, immediately after a training session).
Method of preparation
Dissolve 1 portion of OLIMP SUPER WHEY GAINER 4000–150 g, i.e. 8 measures, in ca. 200–300 ml of boiled water or milk, stir thoroughly. Using a blender is recommended. Do not boil. Take immediately after preparation.
