Recommended Usage for TST
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules in the morning and two (2) capsules in the evening, preferably on an empty stomach. For best results, use TST PowerCell for eight (8) weeks.
Recommended Usage for Mass FX
Take two (2) capsules in the morning and another two (2) capsules in the evening, preferably eight (8) hours apart. When taking four (4) capsules per day, one (1) box of Mass FX will supply four (4) weeks of use. As a general rule to follow, take one (1) capsule for every 50 lbs or 23kg of body weight you have. For best results, use for eight (8) weeks. Do not exceed six (6) capsules per day and eight (8) weeks of continuous use.
Great gains and the best price I have found so far, this is my third purchase of this and I simply cannot get enough. I only wish I had taken my training partners advice and got this a long time ago. Would recommend using Lean after this to really bring those abs out!
