Many products get over hyped, this is not one of them. Having tried almost every well known joint supplement this is by far the best joint support supplement on the market.Since taking this for 6 months i have experienced no tendonitits, something that in the past has CONSTANTLY halted my progress during heavy cycles.
value 8/10 ( MF tends to consistently boast one of the cheapest prices on flex alongside great service imo)
