RECOMMENDED USE TO ASSESS YOUR TOLERANCE: As a dietary supplement, begin by consuming 1 stick pack or less of N.O.-XPLODE NT mixed with 200 ml of cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavour and sweetness level. Wait 60 minutes to assess your tolerance. If appropriate, after 60 minutes consume an additional 1/2 stick pack or less mixed with 200 ml of cold water and assess your tolerance. If appropriate, after another 60 minutes consume an additional 1/2 stick pack or less mixed with 200 ml of cold water and assess your tolerance again. DO NOT CONSUME MORE THAN 2 STICK PACKS WITHIN A 24 HOUR PERIOD.
RECOMMENDED USE ON TRAINING DAYS: Once your tolerance has been assessed, mix 1 stick pack or less with 4-6 oz of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. Use approximately 4-6 oz of water per 1 stick pack or less of powder. If appropriate, after 2 hours consume an additional 1 stick pack or less mixed with 4-6 oz of cold water. extreme vascularity off this!!! great energy aswell. taste isnt great but it works well. also got quite a bad crash not not good if u train b4 work. :)
