Gaspari Size On Pre-Contest should be taken on your training days while you are training.

Mix one scoop in 550 – 650ml of cold water and sip throughout your workout. Should you require, add more water as necessary throughout your workout for proper hydration.

Pre contest for the win! the best intra-workout on the market. I prefer this to the max performance as its not as sweet and has a higher protein content. Orange is the best flavour 10/10
