As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop of SciVation Whey in 120 to 250mL of water with a shaker cup or blender. Ingest two to three servings throughout the day or as needed to meet your protein needs.
I have used this product in all 3 flavours and they are all great in terms of mixability, consistency & taste! Interms of results, itshard to attribute that to a supplement but it sure helps getting the desired amount of protein each day nice and easy (tasty too :))
