Directions for use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 caplet per day. It is recommended to take with proper nutrition and exercise program. For best results, increase protein intake along with consuming at least 2 litres of water per day. Do not exceed 14 days of use, followed by a minimum of 30 days off.
fantastic product. Did one course of this while my wife was in Afghan. My waist went down to 28inches yet my arms, chest, back and shoulders went huge.My wife was convinced i had been on the roids while she was away the gains were that noticable and so quick. Only sides i had was come 6-7 at night was in bed as i could not stay awake.
Cannot praise this product enough.
