Good muscle fullness and felt more powerful in week 2/3 onwards. Prob one of the best if not the best on the market, added carbs intra for a boost of energy as well, this is more than a creatine supplement hence the price, you can get away with using this 5 times a week with good gains still

I prefer the pre contest as the maximum performance is very, very sweet. You need to mix 1 scoop with at least 1 litre of water. The best intra workout formula on the market in my opinion!
