Zero Active hydration are different to conventional sports drinks in that they provide nominal energy/ calories. Zero is not designed to replace your carbohydrate sports drink for outright performance gains. Great product got free sample great for intra drink and tastes good mixed with another free sample of hydroxycut hardcore x stix and got a good pump swole and refreshing taste great to drink!
