As a food supplement, take 2-4 capsules 2-3 times daily, 30 minutes prior to meals/snacks. For best results take first serving after an overnight (12 hour) caffeine free fast and 60 minutes prior to morning workout. Do not use after 4 O’clock in the afternoon. Take Xédra-Cut XT for 5 consecutive days of the week and stop use for 2 days before continuing again (2 off days). Xédra-Cut XT works best when combined with a balanced eating plan and regular physical activity.
Optional: Take 4 capsules Xédra-Cut Stimulant Free 30 minutes prior to your evening meal for additional benefits. During the “2 off days” of not using Xédra-Cut XT, it is advised to use Xédra-Cut Stimulant Free 3 times per day, 30 minutes prior to meals.
