Overall tho i think (especially for the price) that its worth a try, i had some of my best workouts on this to begin with and will be getting another tub in a month or two. wont get as much energy as jak3d or a big a pump as kronic but you get a mix of the best all in one so overall i give it 7/10

Affect-ok well to start with i thought this was magic, great pump and focus and seemed to have energy flowing from me, but by the end of the tub i was using the max recomended amount and was getting average results. i am the sort of person who gets used to this sort of product quickly but still it always disapoints me when i get to that stage.

Finally finished my tub, and its amazing!
Mix-ability - great, sometimes get small bits of creatine at bottom but otherwise its fine.
Taste-i tend to mix mine with a lot of water (3-500ml) to up my pre-workout fluids and it doesnt taste too bad, wont win a comp but doesnt make you gag so on the whole its a win for this.
