Experienced, tolerant users may choose to mix 2 scoops (30.4g) with 500ml of water. Experienced, highly tolerant users may mix up to 3 scoops (45.6g) with 500-1000ml of water. Do not exceed 3 servings/scoops in a 24 hour period.
