Add 2 scoops to 300-350ml in a hand held shaker and shake for 30 seconds. Allow to settle for 45 seconds before drinking. Have 2-3 servings daily (including 1 serving 1 hour prior to bed time). Servings may be halved. Allergen information contains milk protein and soy protein.

I tried a sample of the cappucinno flavour and to be honest was pleasantly surprised. It mixes well (I used an electric hand blender)and tasted OK. The coffee taste was not too strong. Not as thick as some shakes but you could adjust that with the amount of liquid you use. 40g of protein is a good amount from one serving.
