As a dietary supplement add 2 rounded scoops (50g) to 200-300ml of skimmed milk (or cold water for fewer calories). Mix thoroughly in a blender or shaker for about 30 seconds. Have 2-3 servings daily as a meal replacement or in-between meals.
Love the strawberry flavour. Have it between meals to prevent snacking. Add milk in the morning as breakfast and water for between meals. Tastes really nice using water and milk and add a banana to make a really thick shake/pudding. Used for two weeks and actually look forward to it, no more chocolate cake for me!!
