Liz is the winner of the UKBFF Miss Fitness catagory in 2006 and recently turned pro! She is making her pro debut in October 2006 in the Dutch Grand Prix.

Dawn (aka kitty, moderator from MuscleTalk.co.uk) competes as a natural physique competitor with the British Natural Bodybuilding Federation (BNBF). Dawn previously competed in the 1980s, and after a 15 year layoff decided to give it one last shot in 2005 before she turned 40! Having placed 4th in the BNBF British finals that year meant she was not stopping there. As a runner up in the 2007 British finals she represented the British team in the Natural Olympia where she won the bronze medal in the Masters Ladies. Her current goal is to win the BNBF British finals in order to gain a pro card.
