Payment Policy
At Muscle Finesse, we have made every possible effort to ensure that you do not suffer from fraudulent use of your credit card. For this reason, when you checkout, your transaction will be completed through SagePay - an extremely secure payment service provider.
All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Encryption and Data Storage
Once on the SagePay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
Sage Pay’s systems are scanned quarterly by Trustwave which are an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands.
Sage pay is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. We are also active members of the PCI Security Standards Council (SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.
Returns
Please note there is a restocking charge of £4 for return of non-faulty items (all non-faulty items must be returned within 21 days). We can only refund your postage costs if the item is incorrect through an error on our part and not if the product was incorrectly ordered by yourself.
Non-delivery of goods
Please notify us within 28 days from the day of dispatch if you have not received your order. If you do not contact us within this time frame then we will not be able to guarantee a replacement order.
Typing and Publishing Errors
We shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies, typographical errors or omissions found on this web site. We reserve the right to make product information and pricing changes without notice. Specifications, features and promotions about product found on this web site are obtained from the manufacturer and may be changed by the manufacturer without our knowledge at any time.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even when the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account.
Voucher codes
With us having thousands of products in stock and loads of offers beginning and ending on a daily basis, there may be times when you only just miss out on a limited time only voucher code. If you are unfortunate enough to place your order just after a limited time only voucher code has expired, we will be unable to apply it to your order. However, if you place an order during the time of a limited time only voucher code being active but you accidentally forget to enter it, then we will be able to credit your account with the appropriate amount of loyalty points. Please note that Silver and Gold Members will be unable to use voucher codes because of their already reduced pricing. If you are a Silver or Gold Member and a voucher code is published which offers Bronze members lower pricing, then we can credit your account with the difference in loyalty points after your order has been placed.
