Please note there is a restocking charge of £4 for return of non-faulty items (all non-faulty items must be returned within 21 days). We can only refund your postage costs if the item is incorrect through an error on our part and not if the product was incorrectly ordered by yourself.

If you are unfortunate enough to place your order just after a limited time only voucher code has expired, we will be unable to apply it to your order. However, if you place an order during the time of a limited time only voucher code being active but you accidentally forget to enter it, then we will be able to credit your account with the appropriate amount of loyalty points. Please note that Silver and Gold Members will be unable to use voucher codes because of their already reduced pricing. If you are a Silver or Gold Member and a voucher code is published which offers Bronze members lower pricing, then we can credit your account with the difference in loyalty points after your order has been placed.
