What should I do if I'd like to return an item?

If you would like to return an item then please email and request a Returns Form. Complete the form and send it back to us along with all unworn/uponended items, including the tags and bags if clothing, to the address found on the top left hand corner of your invoice. If the item is faulty then you have 30 days from the day of delivery to return the item, or if the item is not faulty but you have changed your mind then please notify us within 14 days about your intent to return. All returns are processed within 48 hours of the goods being received back in to our warehouse and any needed refunds or exchanges are instantly dealt with.

We would always recommend using a fully tracked and insured postal service, such as Royal Mail Tracked 48, to send and items back to us as we can not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
